Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any difference, the Portuguese version prevails.

This policy explains what personal data Bridamo collects through this website, what it is used for and what rights you have over your data, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

Bridamo is a trading name operated by Damaso Magno and Brian Rangel, who are joint controllers of the personal data collected through this website. For questions about privacy and data protection, they can be contacted at contacto@bridamo.com.

2. What data we collect

The public area has no visitor registration or accounts. Through the contact form we collect the name, email address and message you choose to send. The admin area is restricted to the authorised team and uses a session cookie for authentication.

3. Purpose of processing

The data collected is used solely to reply to your enquiry, answer questions and, where applicable, prepare a proposal or quote for your project.

4. Sharing data with third parties

The contact form is processed by the EmailJS service, which delivers the submitted message directly to Bridamo's email. EmailJS acts as a processor for this delivery, under its own privacy policy.

If you choose to contact us through the WhatsApp button, that conversation is processed directly by WhatsApp / Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., subject to WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the contact form, and on Bridamo's legitimate interest in replying to enquiries about its services.

6. Retention period

Contact messages are kept only for as long as necessary to reply to your enquiry and manage any resulting business relationship, and are deleted once they are no longer needed for that purpose.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights at any time by contacting contacto@bridamo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt .

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data entrusted to us against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.

10. Contact
